Are the classes LIVE or are they PRERECORDED?

All of the lesson content in Watercolor for Joy is prerecorded and available for you to watch at your convenience.

Wild Watercolor is a partially hybrid class: there is an "orientation" section with prerecorded video lessons, but the bulk instructional content will take place on weekly live Zoom calls beginning in January 2026. Recordings of each call will be posted to the classroom by the next day.

What if I have questions about the techniques or supplies used in these courses?

There are two ways to communicate with the community: in the comments section below the videos on Teachable or to reach out to Karen Elaine directly.

What if I don't have a Facebook account?

The Facebook Groups for each of these courses are totally optional and no one needs to participate in them in order to learn everything that Karen Elaine teaches in these courses.

How long will I have access to these courses?

You will have "lifetime access" to these courses, which means the lifetime of Willa Workshops or the technology that supports it.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

Digital course content is NOT available for a refund by Willa Workshops. If it helps, I've never had anyone ask for a refund on one of Karen Elaine's courses . . . ever!
